| Customer Reviews: Awesome fan! July 8, 2010 Bart Mcglinsey I have been looking for a quieter fan for my pc. I had been using Thermaltake until they all started failing and making more noise than me. I have a CoolerMaster case that came with 3 fans and they were quiet. So, upon further reveiw, I wanted to keep my cost down and didn't want to go with liquid cooling. This particular fan model pushed more air and had lower dcb ratings. Good price too. My only regret... shoulda got the 140 mm. But hey, I'm pleased. Just gotta stop the case vibrations/resanance(sp).
Fast fans July 5, 2010 Brick (Kailua,Hawaii) Great cooling and high RPM which of course causes more noise. I would recommend this if you need air volume or CFM movement and have a separate control for it. The constant drone of 2000 rpm was to much for my taste so I switch it out for Enermax thermo-controlled units in the Appolish series
Really Good June 25, 2010 Thugz_play These fans are really good. had it hooked up to my Raidmax Smilodon Case. and it looks sweet. i will be buying two more soon, to install it on the thermal right venomous x heatsink. i'd recommend this to everybody who loves blue and want a good amount of airflow in their case. further, i find that the noise level is fairly low. definitely a good choice in ordering this fan. i got it at $[...].:)so i bought 2 one time.
fan=good, led's=poor June 23, 2010 Alexander G. Luthy 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this fan several months ago to spice up a thermaltake case. Initially I loved the effect and the quality of the fan. It moves a lot of air while being quiet, and the led's looked fantastic. (pardon the pun) HOWEVER within a week one of the led's went out. As the fan still functioned I decided not to return it. But as i speak the last led died , less than 6 months after purchasing it. I cannot recommend this product to anyone because of this issue. There are many other options, cheaper also, that would provide longer service at the same price.
I like noise. It means my computer is nice and cool June 10, 2010 Joshua Herbert As stated, I like noise. I also have a CM 690 case. It's a fan so no real need to force a review. I will say one thing however, while I myself don't at all mind the noise, I have two of these puppies being used as intake fans. If you're familiar with the CM 690 case, you'll know it can house many a fan. I have one fan as intake on the top and one on the side panel. Both are loud but teh exhaust fans are rather silent. Oh, and its pretty. The LED lights look nice
